Quebec-based Colba.Net has expanded its IPTV services to three additional provinces, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. IPTV News reports that the move follows approval by the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) of the telco’s application for a broadcasting regional licence for dozens of communities in the three provinces. Colba.Net launched IPTV in December 2011 in Montreal, and received permission to expand to additional locations in Quebec last November.
