Brazilian pay-TV operator Net Servicos has published details of a new shareholders agreement with EG Participacoes, Telecompaper reports without citing its sources. The deal, which replaces the previous agreements in place, is also reported to include Embratel Participacoes (Embrapar), Empresa Brasileira de Telecomunicacoes (Embratel) and GB Empreendimentos e Participacoes, and was approved by national telecoms watchdog Anatel.
