Reuters writes that Dutch telecoms group Royal KPN will sell its Spanish mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) arm, Simyo, to Orange Espana, a subsidiary of France Telecom-Orange. KPN has agreed to sell the operator, which serves around 400,000 subscribers over Orange’s network, but stopped short of revealing financial details. CommsUpdate previously reported that Orange is expected to pay around EUR30 million (USD39.5 million) for the virtual operator.
