Representatives of the Algerian Association of Internet Service Providers (AAFSI) have met with the country’s Minister of Post and ICT, Moussa Benhamadi, to complain about the refusal of major telcos to work with them to enhance internet services in the country. According to a report from Agence Ecofin, AAFSI president Kahlane Ali has complained that dominant operators including Algerie Telecom and Mobilis Algeria have failed to work with smaller internet service providers (ISPs) to improve levels of internet access.
