Jordan Telecom Group, which is 51% owned by France Telecom-Orange, posted a 12.5% year-on-year fall in net profit in the third quarter of 2012, Reuters reports a company filing on the local bourse as saying. Net profit for the three months ended 30 September 2012 totalled JOD21 million (USD29.6 million), down from JOD24.1 million in the year-ago quarter. Net sales from the firm’s integrated fixed, mobile and internet business dropped 1.8% year-on-year to JOD126.7 million.
