26 Oct 2012

Mobiserve Holding, an infrastructure company, has signed an agreement with Egypt’s National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) which allows it to provide shared network infrastructure for the country’s three cellcos, Vodafone Egypt, MobiNil and Etisalat Misr. The CEO of Mobiserve, Sameh Atalla, says that infrastructure sharing could save the three cellcos up to 50% of capital expenditure, as well as help to accelerate the advent of 4G in Egypt.
