Ukrainian High Technologies, which offers mobile and fixed WiMAX broadband services under the FreshTel brand, is planning to roll out more than 400 base stations next year under a budget estimated at USD25 million, according to a report by newspaper Kommersant. FreshTel already offers services in 17 regions (oblasts) and 73 areas over a network of around 250 WiMAX base stations.
