Huawei Technologies has signed a five-year outsourcing contract with T-Mobile’s Czech operating subsidiary covering network build services and other field operations. It is understood that from the start of 4Q12, the Chinese vendor will move around 100 T-Mobile staff under its wing, and that by the year-end, Huawei will have completed the initial implementation plan allowing it to move forward with the cellco’s outsourcing requirements on a 24/7 basis.
