Slovak Telekom has announced the pilot launch of commercial cloud computing services for all business customers. Using the TelekomCloud brand, Slovak Telekom, in cooperation with its subsidiary PosAm and technology vendors including Citrix, IBM, Microsoft, VMware, Cisco and Hitachi Data Systems, has launched a first-phase product providing infrastructure as a service (IaaS); other services being prepared for a wider launch are PaaS, SaaS and georedundancy.
