Reuters reports that the sale of Multimedia Polska (MP) has been delayed to allow potential bidders more time to analyse the business. Private equity firms Cinven and Permira as well as Liberty Global’s local UPC unit are all considering entering bids, the deadline for which has been pushed back until the end of this month after one of the would be buyers requested additional financial information. Reuters added that MP could sell for more than PLN3 billion (USD947.94 million).
