Croatian alternative telco Amis Telekom is building a fibre-optic network in Zagreb, commencing construction in November 2012 for completion by August 2013. Telecoms regulator HAKOM has approved the project to build an optical distribution network in the centre of the capital to serve 3,500 businesses/public entities and over 7,000 residents.
