InterDnestrCom (IDC), the main internet service provider (ISP) in the breakaway republic of Trans-Dniester, has announced plans to roll out a fibre-to-the-building (FTTB) network to 90% of apartment buildings in the cities of Tiraspol – the state’s capital – plus Bendery and Rybnitsa over the next six months.
