Polish telco Netia has signed a conditional agreement to buy triple-play provider Telefonia Dialog, the telecommunications arm of Polish copper mining firm Kombinat Gorniczo-Hutniczy Miedzi (KGHM). Provided the deal receives regulatory approval, Netia will purchase 100% of Dialog for PLN944 million (USD284.2 million), which includes the telco’s enterprise value of PLN890 million as well as the company’s net cash assets of PLN54 million.

Netia has also agreed to purchase corporate telecommunications provider and wholesaler Crowley Data Poland for USD31.8 million. Netia estimates that the acquisitions will increase its annual revenues to more than PLN2 billion.
