Canada’s Globalive Wireless (Wind Mobile) has launched commercial services over its 3.5G network in its sixth regional market, the Kitchener-Waterloo area. Focusing on contract-free services and transparent pricing, Wind is also promising an upgrade of its HSPA-based services for all customers to HSPA+ 21Mbps standard, at no additional cost.
