Tusmobil finds buyer?

The parent of Slovenia’s third largest cellco Tusmobil has received a binding offer for the company, although Tus Holding has not yet revealed the identity of the bidder or the sum involved, reports Finance.si quoting ‘unofficial sources’. Tusmobil began commercial operations in October 2007 and had 183,000 2G/3G customers by the end of March 2010, according to TeleGeography’s GlobalComms Database. In June 2009 the mobile operator was integrated with its sister company Tus Telekom to offer converged packages of broadband internet access, IPTV, mobile, and traditional PSTN or IP-based telephony.
