British mobile network operator O2 UK has revealed that the launch of its fixed line rental service and broadband bundles has been delayed until ‘later in the spring’, ISPreview reports. The cellco initially unveiled the service in January 2010, claiming that it would be made available commercially by March. Commenting on the hold up, an O2 spokesperson noted: ‘Whenever we launch a product we always want to ensure our customers get the best service possible, particularly when you see the dissatisfaction customers have with other providers. We will be launching our Home Phone service later in the spring.’
