TDC announces changes to organisational structure

Denmark’s incumbent telecoms operator TDC has announced changes to its corporate management and the organisational structure of its Business Nordic division. Business Nordic will be divided into TDC Business, which will be responsible for the Danish business market, and TDC Nordic, responsible for the activities of other Nordic countries and TDC Hosting. The current president of Business Nordic, Jens Munch-Hansen, will continue as the head of TDC Nordic and member of the Executive Committee of TDC. Meanwhile, Martin Lippert has been appointed as the new president of TDC Business as of 1 October 2009. Lippert will join the corporate management of TDC, and is expected to join the Executive Committee following the next general meeting.
