Broadband TV News reports that Slovenian triple-play cableco UPC Telemach has confirmed that its owner Liberty Global has entered negotiations to sell the unit, with Fund Mid Europa identified as a potential buyer. At the end of 2008 UPC Telemach had 157,000 cable TV customers, 56,000 cable broadband internet users and over 20,000 cable telephony subscribers.
