Turkcell, Turkey’s largest mobile operator by subscribers, is seeking a USD750 million loan to help fund expansion of its infrastructure at home and also to help finance a bid for Macedonian operator Cosmofon. The loan will be guaranteed by the assets of group companies, Turkcell said in a statement to the Istanbul Stock Exchange.
