Cavium Networks, which develops semiconductor products for telecoms operators including networking, communications, storage, wireless and security applications, has announced that French altnet SFR has selected its OCTEON CN50XX processor family for its next generation Gigabit, triple-play home gateway, more commonly known as ‘neufbox’ by SFR.
