Telecoms regulator the Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) has published a consultation paper regarding the re-farming of cellular spectrum for different telecoms services in the country. The NTA is hoping to receive feedback from stakeholders as well as from ‘professionals and experts’ and has requested that interested provide their comments/suggestions no later than 21 October 2008.
