An unidentified institutional investor is selling 27.58 million shares in Singaporean cable operator StarHub for between SGD2.90 and SGD2.94 (USD2.00 and USD2.02) per share, Reuters reports. Citigroup is understood to be handling the sale transaction which could raise up to SGD81 million. The financial services company is offering a discount of between 3.3% and 4.6% on its existing price, according to the details of a term sheet report seen by Reuters.
