Jean-Louis Constanza, the man who founded the French mobile virtual network operator TEN, is to join France Telecom’s management team, Les Echos reports. An announcement is expected next week and follows yesterday’s statement that Orange France managing director Jean-Noel Tronc will step down from his position, but not the group, within the coming weeks. TEN is currently the subject of a takeover bid by FT’s mobile arm Orange.
