Telenor must cut DiGi stake to 49% by year end

Telenor will be required to reduce its 61% stake in DiGi.Com to 49% by the end of the year, according to Energy, Water and Communications Minister Datuk Seri Dr Lim Keng Yaik. ‘They (Telenor) gave me their commitment to reduce their equity to 49% by the year-end,’ he said after meeting the Norwegian company’s CEO Jon Fredrik Baksaas.
