Dacom, South Korea’s second largest fixed line telco, has reported record financial results for the twelve month period ending December 2005. Year-on-year revenue grew by 6% to KRW1,130 billion (USD1.2 billion), while net profit soared 66.5% to KRW64.6 billion (USD67.0 million). The company cited strong performance from its internet business as being a major driver behind the impressive results.
