T-Mobile Germany has launched its T-Mobile@home fixed-mobile convergence (FMC) offering, enabling customers to make calls from their mobile to fixed lines at wireline costs of EUR0.04 per minute. The offering features a ‘home zone’, extending to a radius of 2km around a pre-defined point (the home or workplace), in which customers can make mobile calls to each other at fixed line prices.
