Colombia Movil, which operates under the banner Ola, has announced plans to invest USD115 million in 2006, primarily to expand coverage and improve customer service. During the course of the year the Ola network will have around 500 base stations added to take the total to 1,000. Ola claimed around 10% of the market at the end of 2005, with 2.1 million customers.
