Mobile operator Digital Mobile Philippines (Digitel) has asked the country’s Court of Appeals to dismiss a petition implemented by rival cellco Piltel which stops Digitel from offering its 24/7 deal. 24/7 allows unlimited calls and texts to other customers on the Digitel network, and Piltel asked the court to stop Digitel from offering the service last week. A verdict has not been reached.
