SK Corp sells SKT shares

SK Corp has sold USD1 billion worth of shares in its subsidiary ST Telecom (SKT), as part of a plan to pay off debts. The company sold 47.9 million American depositary receipts for USD21.40 each, with 43% of the stock going to Asian investors, 32% to the US and 25% to Europe.
