AirTel launches data card

India’s leading GSM provider Bharti Tele-Ventures yesterday launched a wireless data card under its AirTel brand. The PC card is GPRS and EDGE-compatible and works on AirTel’s domestic networks as well as on selected GSM networks outside the country, offering internet access to laptop users at speeds of up to 100kbps.
