Taiwan’s dominant telecoms operator Chunghwa Telecom has announced the setting up of an ADSL network for TOT Corp in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The deal, the first international ADSL turn-key project signed by Chunghwa, covers the design, implementation, maintenance and ongoing support of high speed services. TOT Corp is planning to offer internet protocol TV (IPTV) services in the near future.
