Indian operators Tata Teleservices and Hutchison Essar are considering relaunching their push-to-talk (PTT) offerings, after discontinuing and subsequently making changes to their original services in line with regulatory demands. Both companies say they will approach the Telecoms Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to seek approval for the launch of the revamped services.
