European VoIP company Skype Technologies has made call termination agreements for its premium SkypeOut service with Cable & Wireless and B3G Telecom, adding to those previously announced, iBasis, Level3 and Teleglobe. Skype allows anyone to make free, unlimited voice calls via its peer-to-peer software. Since launch in August 2003, Skype has been downloaded more than 44 million times. SkypeOut, which enables users to interconnect to the traditional PSTN, claims 400,000 customers on a pre-paid basis
