Customer care specialist to expand regional call centre operations

In the wake of its successful launch in the Dominican Republic, US-based Precision Response (PRC), a customer care outsourcing company, says it is now looking to expand its regional presence in Latin America. PRC is working with United Nearshore Operations in the Dominican Republic, a local company which constructed its 43,000 sq. ft. call centre in Santiago de los Caballeros.
