SK Group plans USD8.6 billion investment

South Korea’s SK Group, which controls the country’s largest mobile carrier SK Telekom, has announced plans to invest USD8.6 billion (KRW10 trillion) in its information and telecoms businesses over the next three years. It says the investment is aimed at maintaining its leadership in the market and promoting growth.
