Telecom New Zealand has signed a conditional agreement to purchase systems integrator Gen-i from Cullen Investments for NZD62.5 million. Gen-i provides total technology solutions for large corporate and public sector clients, and has more than 700 staff across its nine bases in New Zealand and Australia.
