Swedish newcomer Spring Mobil has announced plans to roll out a GSM network before the end of February. It plans to install GSM base stations at companies’ premises in a bid to supplement or even replace fixed line networks. Spring will offer business customers mobile calls at fixed line rates in the workplace, and calls made out of work at competitive prices comparable to the country’s other three GSM operators.
