According to a survey of 2,217 mobile users conducted by Indian telecoms regulator TRAI, both GSM and CDMA operators are failing to meet customer satisfaction benchmarks. Having set the standard at 95%, TRAI reports that the best performing operator – BPL – managed a score of just 79.8%, ahead of Idea Cellular and Hutchison. Market leader Reliance languishes towards the bottom of the table, with a score of 69.3%.
