Swedish vendor Ericsson has completed its recent wave of management changes with the appointment of Per Arne Sandstrom to the newly created position of deputy chief executive yesterday. Mr Sandstrom was formerly chief operating officer of Ericsson but his position at the company had been in doubt since the appointment of new CEO Carl-Henric Svanberg early last month. Ericsson has also replaced its CFO Sten Fornell with Karl-Henrik Sundstrom, former head of the firm’s Australian and New Zealand operations.
