Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet has reported that Ulrica Messing, the country’s Minister of Communications, is prepared to discuss a delay in the rollout of 3G networks. Two of the country’s four 3G licensees – Vodafone Europolitan and Orange – have so far submitted requests for extensions to their rollout schedules.
