PriMetrica, Inc. Acquires Singapore-based MMS ConsultancyTeleGeography's parent company, global market research firm PriMetrica, Inc., announced its acquisition on April 28 of Asian direct marketing and market intelligence service provider MMS Consultancy Ltd., headquartered in Singapore. PriMetrica and MMS will merge their Asian operations to form a new business unit, PriMetrica Asia Pacific Ltd., which will continue to provide its full range of direct marketing, call center, database & knowledge management, and sales lead generation services to its clients in the region. In addition, the company will continue to update and improve the MMS direct marketing database of over 1.2 million key decision makers and influencers and 300,000 enterprise profiles throughout Asia. The new division will also expand its offerings to take advantage of PriMetrica's expertise in delivering strategic market research and data modeling services to the communications, IT and media sectors. Combining the tactical market intelligence services developed by MMS over the last 18 years with the strategic market research services of our TeleGeography Research Group will yield a compelling new range of tools for the clients of PriMetrica Asia Pacific," said Dave Bellon, PriMetrica, Inc.
