PriMetrica, Inc. Sells its Southeast Asia-based Database Marketing Division PriMetrica Asia Pacific Ltd.

On February 22, 2007, California-based PriMetrica, Inc. announced the sales of its Southeast Asia-based database marketing and solution division, PriMetrica Asia Pacific, to NeuroPower, Inc. Headquartered in Singapore, NeuroPower’s new subsidiary will operate as PriMetricaAsia (PMA) with offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand and San Diego. This transaction will allow PriMetrica to focus its resources on expanding its TeleGeography products and services to its global customer base.
TeleGeography is a division of PriMetrica that offers individual and enterprise subscriptions to online databases and reports on subjects ranging from wireless carrier competition to global Internet backbone traffic. In addition, the company’s team of experienced consultants can supply customized market analysis, strategic advice, and support services to clients anywhere in the world.
