Belgacom gives users no-frills mobile service

Belgacom Mobile has launched a new low-cost mobile service available only online, called UglyDuck. The service is being marketed separately from Belgacom’s established brand Proximus as a basic pre-paid package with single tariffs for national calls and SMS. UglyDuck users must buy call minutes online and can only access customer advice through a website.
