UK customers prefer Orange

Orange has been ranked the UK’s best mobile network in terms of customer satisfaction, according to an annual report by JD Power. The survey, which asked for the opinions of 2,000 mobile users, found that MVNO Virgin Mobile came out on top in the pre-paid sector. T-Mobile, over whose network Virgin operates, was the only network provider to score below the industry average in both the contract and pre-paid sectors.
