Citigroup resolves legal dispute: clears way to pull out of telecoms fund

Citigroup says it has resolved a legal dispute that prevented it from liquidating a USD651 million fund with a controlling stake in Brasil Telecom and two mobile operators. The decision clears the way for it to pull out of the fund it set up in 1997.
