PCCW forced to lease broadband network to rivals

PCCW has lost its battle to stop Ofta from requiring it to lease its broadband infrastructure to its rivals. Hong Kong’s High Court rejected its call to end the Type II interconnection policy that requires it to lease all last mile infrastructure to competitors.
