Double resignation at Vodafone

Two top executives at Vodafone have tendered their resignations on the same day. Vittorio Colao, the group’s head of southern European operations, is leaving to head up RCS Media Group, Italy’s leading publishing house, while Daryl Green, chief executive of Vodafone’s Japanese arm, has quit for ‘personal reasons’.
