Esat BT offering free broadband trials to stimulate growth

The Republic of Ireland’s second largest telco, Esat BT, is to offer a free three-month trial of its broadband internet access service in a bid to stimulate demand for the product. It is hoped that the ‘no obligation’ trial will increase uptake for broadband in Ireland; currently only 40,000 people are signed up to high speed internet access services.
