chello launches cheap broadband subscription

chello Netherlands, a subsidiary of UPC Netherlands, has introduced a new broadband internet service under the banner chello starter. The service, which will be available for EUR14.95 a month, will offer maximum download speeds of 128kbps and a maximum upload speed of 64kbps.
