BT to invest in nodes for Netcom

BT Group has announced its biggest ever investment in China with news of a services agreement with second-largest fixed line telco China Netcom. BT will build two nodes at Netcom facilities in Shanghai and Guangzhou at a cost of between USD900,000 and USD1.6 million each. BT said that it expects to make as many as 15 such investments this year.
